As a Member, How Often Do I Pay?

 

Welcome to the club! As an active MCB member, your card will be charged every 30 days starting from your first payment.

 

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

 

We’re definitely sad to see you go, but you are free to unsubscribe from our monthly service at any time– even immediately after your first box! To unsubscribe, simply log into your client profile and click on ‘cancel account’ under ‘Member Links’. Then click ‘cancel all memberships’ underneath your membership type. Please note that you are ineligible for exchanges should you cancel your subscription/membership.

 

How Long Does It Take For My Box To Arrive?

 

It will vary, but we ask that you allow 6-12 days for your box to arrive following payment.

 

How Much Is Shipping?

 

We’re proud to say that shipping is on us! Shipment of your monthly box is included in your subscription. Currently this is a service we are only providing for the continental US (contiguous 48 states).

 

How Do I ‘Log In’ Into My Profile?

 

The ‘Log In’ icon can be found on the furthermost upper right hand side of any page’s header (red bar). It can also be found on any page’s footer as a menu option.

 

Do You Take Special Requests?

 

Absolutely! You can specify any special requests in our client questionnaire under question 11 “What is Your Closet Lacking?”. Your stylist will then have the information needed to cater to you as best possible.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

 

Currently we are not shipping internationally. This is a service we hope to provide in the near future.

 

What Comes In My Box?

 

Amazing stuff! Every month your box will vary between 3-4 clothing items and accessories, that can either be worn together or compliment your existing wardrobe. EVERYTHING in the box is yours to keep!

 

What Kind of Quality Do You Send?

 

You will be pleasantly surprised! Everything we send is from either small-batch private labels, or well known brands. It’s the same clothing you’d find in higher-end boutiques across the country. The quality of the clothing is sure to exceed your expectations. We procure only the best clothing. Our aim is to provide you with beautiful items that are made to last and impress.

 

What If Something Doesn’t Fit, Can I Send It Back (Exchange)?

 

If an item doesn’t fit correctly, we are happy to exchange it for another size, or depending on availability, something comparable. Please see Shipping & Returns for more information.
