Shipping:

We provide free standard shipping to all of our monthly members. Currently we only ship to the continental US (contiguous 48 states).  We do not offer Expedited or International shipping at this time, this is a service we hope to provide in the near future. Boxes are shipped within 1-2 days of payment.

Please allow 6-12 days for your box to arrive. Shipping speed will vary depending on your location. My Crimson Box reserves the right to select the carrier for each individual shipment.  We will notify you once your box is shipped, and likewise once your box is received by us in the event of an exchange or refund.  Should your box be shipped back to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, you may be subject to a $10 shipping fee.


Exchanges & Refunds

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you’ve received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Exchanges:

Should an item in your box not fit correctly, we will happily exchange it for the correct size. Only one (1) single item from the current month’s box can be exchanged for a different size. If we no longer have the item in the size you desire, we will exchange it for a comparable item at our discretion. You are only eligible for an exchange if you are a current member/subscriber to our monthly service. If you have canceled your membership since your last order, you are ineligible for an exchange. All returned items must be in the condition they were received. Items sent back with odors, stains, tears, or visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

Shipping fees for exchanges are complimentary. We will only pay for shipping exchange fees associated with the same address the box was delivered to.

To request an exchange:

  • Please send us a message through our ‘Contact’ page, or message us at support@mycrimsonbox.com.

  • We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Attach the shipping label outside of the original package, making sure to remove or cover any old labels.

  • Damaged items will not be exchanged and additionally be returned to the sender at a cost of $10 to the card on file.

 

Refunds:

All refunds must be requested within 15 days of package receipt. Refunds are only for the entirety of the latest order (box). No partial orders or box items will be refunded.

Shipping fees for your refunded items (box) will be complimentary only for the original address associated with the order.

In order for us to provide a refund:

  • Your current membership/subscription must be revoked.

  • All returned items must be in the condition they were received. Items sent back with odors, stains, tears, or visible signs of wear will not be accepted.

  • Send us a message through our ‘Contact’ page, or message us at support@mycrimsonbox.com.

  • We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Attach the shipping label outside of the original package, making sure to remove or cover any old labels.

  • We will redeposit funds within 4-7 days of package receipt. There may be an additional delay in the availability of your funds depending on your card company.

  • Damaged items will not be exchanged and additionally be returned to the sender at a cost of $10 to the card on file.

 

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
